Umerkote Bar seized all court works in protest against the violent attack on Sub-judge Court:

The advocates of Umekote bar Association seized all court works in protest against the violent   incident    happened on Thursday inside the sub-judge court premises.  The mob who were in conflict with the police  following  a  suicidal  death of a home guard posted in the Sub- Treasury   office adjacent to the Sub-judge court   on Wednesday day night   abruptly became   violent  and entered inside the court  premises  ransacked court materials and manhandled  with the court staff.
The association members called an emergency meet and strongly protested to the sordid act of the mob and criticized   the police for not taking caring   step prior to the incident. Further the advocates decided not to take the cases of the culprits who were responsible for the ugly incident   restraining themselves from any court work  today.  They further demanded to take prompt action against the culprits and to shift the Sub-treasury office functioning inside the court premises. Among others Bar President Jaydeb Parida, Secretary Srinibas Patnaik, App Monoha Mohanty, senior advocate Jhadeswar Mohanty,  B.K Patro, P.K Sahu, Sankar Dey, Bipin Hial, Kamal Gain were present.
